AI Transparency and Disclosure
Brightoar LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, builds custom AI services for businesses. This page explains how we use AI on this website and in the services we provide, and where AI has limits.
AI on this website
Some content on this Site is generated or assisted by AI, including some text, some visuals, and some demos. People at Brightoar review the Site content before it is published.
The demos on the Site are illustrative. They do not show real customer data and do not represent actual customer results.
How we label AI-generated content in our services
When we provide services that produce content with AI, we design for clear labeling and human oversight. For example, in our AI social media studio:
- content created with AI can be marked with an "AI-generated" label;
- content is approved by a person before it is published.
The exact labeling and approval steps for a given engagement are set out in the agreement or proposal for that engagement.
AI and customer data
- We do not use customer data to train AI models.
- Where a customer needs tighter control over its data, we offer private or local AI options, in which processing takes place in an environment chosen with the customer rather than on shared public services.
- We design our services so that people review AI output before it is relied on or published.
- Details of data handling, such as where data is processed and any providers involved, are described in the agreement for each engagement. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through this Site.
Limits of AI
AI can make mistakes. It can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased. We aim to reduce these risks through human review, but AI output should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Please check important information before acting on it.
