Does any of my data go to an outside service?
In a fully local setup, the models run on your hardware and your documents stay there. We confirm exactly what runs where during setup, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to buy special equipment?
It depends on what you want to run. We recommend the simplest setup that does the job and tell you what, if anything, you would need to add.
Can it search our own documents?
Yes. We connect the assistant to the documents you choose, and it answers using those files.
Will the AI always be right?
No AI is. That is why the setup is built for people to check the answers, and why answers point back to the source documents so they are easy to verify.
