These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Brightoar LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Brightoar," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site is informational

The Site provides general information about Brightoar and its business-to-business AI services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment, and these Terms are not a contract for services. We do not publish prices or sell services online. Any services are provided only under a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties, and that agreement controls over anything on the Site.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, visuals, layout, logos, and code, are owned by Brightoar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content, except as permitted by law or with our written permission. Names and marks of third parties belong to their respective owners.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or conducting excessive automated requests;
  • scrape or harvest the Site in a way that burdens it or violates our rights;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to send unsolicited or deceptive messages.

We may restrict access to the Site if we believe these Terms are being violated.

4. Demos and AI-generated visuals

The Site may include demonstrations, mockups, and visuals that are generated or assisted by AI. They are illustrative only. They do not show real customer data, do not represent actual results, and do not promise any particular outcome or performance. See our AI Disclosure for more information.

5. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site is general in nature and is not professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brightoar and its members, managers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
